RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging with all labels intact. This ensures they can be reintegrated into our inventory without compromising quality.

Non-Returnable Items

Items exposed to water, perfumes, cosmetics, or chemicals cannot be returned. This policy helps us maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality for all customers.

Items that have been worn, washed, tumble dried, ironed, tailored or altered are not eligible for returns, ensuring all products remain in excellent condition for our customers.
